Quality Management System audits
The type and to what extend an audit is required will be deliberated.
The audit can be executed on a single process/procedure as internal audit, as preparation for an external/3rd party audit or a notified body audit.
The audit setup is:
- Intake
- Audit execution
- Closing meeting incl report
The rate for (customized) audits is to be agreed based on an hour rate or day part or full day rate.
