Supplier audits

Suppliers are the first step in the supply chain of the organisation and therefor a very important step.
Problems at the start of the supply chain can be solved in different manners. One of the options is to create massive stock, but this requires a huge investment in purchasing and space. If this includes products with limited shelf-life, then the cost can become incredible high.
Another solution is the close collaboration with your suppliers, however they must be reliable and trustworthy. A good start is supplier management including supplier selection, and supplier control. This starts with supplier audits.
With a supplier audit a supplier is assessed on the practical implementation of the required standard like ISO9001, ISO13485 or AS9100.
During an supplier audit you have the option for a complete quality management system assessment or only a certain part e.g. production or purchasing.
The audits can be executed using your own supplier audit process and related records or with the records form Duizer Consultancy.

The rate for (customized) audits is to be agreed based on an hour rate or day part rate including report.
